What is the Nortel Norstar feature code to find out the last incoming phone number to particular line. Any suggestions.

There is no such feature for that, you have to set up a call log on an ext. to view any clid info. BTW your system needs caller id for this to work.

you could also do a *69 if it's bell but that's not within the phone system (it is from the line provider) and it's billable each time you do it (from the provider).

If you do have CID and Call Log on the phone but just can't figure out how to see the call try Feature 811.

Feature 811 (Display Call Information) can only be used when a call is active, on hold or ringing. Once the call is disconnected, this feature is useless.

Feature 812 (Call Log) is used to access the call log. Call information will be available only if it has been logged, either automatically by the system or manually by the user.
