I have Norstar Remote utilities R10.0/R11.0 and can only get it to work with Windows 95/98. Does it not work with Windows XP Home/Pro (can't get it to work) HELP!

can't open com port, dialer works, internet works just can't open the com port for the modem?

dial out Modem only works on com 3, thats where i'm getting stuck

Did you have NRU 10 installed first and then uninstalled it to add NRU 11? Sounds like the registry didn't get cleaned up properly on the uninstall. Typical microsoft.
Try uninstalling NRU 11 & reinstalling it.
