Well you just made it, and the answer is yes the Norstar can do it but you will need a s/w upgrade?

Nortel does

I contacted Nortel and they said they only give those out to Authorized Partners. I am not but am certified and have been installing for sometime.

where did u get the original..i would go that way..nortel commin down hard on software pirates also grey market resellers

I got NRU 11 on the Nortel web site. Purchased the CISC from a reseller. Nobody has these maps but Nortel. I have no idea why the give you the software but leave a map or two out. My customer wants to buy more of these if I can do the changes remotely. If not they have an offer from Siemens to replace everything, give them all the remote software for admnistration and credit them for the Norstars. Sounds stupid to me. You would rather give up sales in leau of one support issue.

if you got the software from nortel then they should supply the files needed..A fight worth fighting...I you didnt get from nortel and paid a reseller then they should supply the files...If you got a copy from someone and they cant get you the files..your SOL and should contact a authorized nortel reseller and pay the price asked
