Norstar CICS Time & Date reverts back to previous day on 7.1 1

Customer has a Nortle CICS on 7.1 software with the Extended Daylight Savings Time enabled with Auto Time & Date set to YES.
With the Auto Time and Date features set above, the Norstar autmoatically changes the time from 10:30AM to 5:30PM.
I try to manually set the Time&Date again but after 5-mintues same issue occurs.
I can turn the feature off, set the correct Time&Date and all is fine but the customer wants this feature to automatically and properly change the Time when it should.
This is a Norstar CICS and I do not see any region, country or other area that would make the system act like this. Is there a bad software or memory cardtridge?
Has anyone ever seen this before on a CICS?

Is it resetting when the caller id comes in?

Who is the provider?

Can you connect a caller ID box or a single line phone with call display to the line to verify line info?

I hear the caller id sound but no info on my butt set is displayed.

Is there a feature in th eCICS that tell it to look at the trunk for Time?

No you just get a burst of data between 1 and 2 ring that has caller id, time and date stamp.

Like I said just get an analog phone with display accross the line to check.

there is nothing that tells it to look for trunk and time. do as ironhorse 17 says. connect an analog phone w/ display b4 system and see if you get data.

Auto Time & Date - when set to ON then the time is automatically changed according to the carriers time and date, when the next call come in that has CLID.

Turn if off and leave it off.

Complain to the carrier that their CLID time is wrong.

Thanks to all that contributed. The carrier corrected their time/date issue and now all is fine!
