I've got a MICS 7.1 installed with a CP 3.1. Everything appears to be installed correctly and operational, but for some reaons the voice mail doesn't answer extensions as expected.
When I call an extension from another extension, the voice mail doesn't pickup, ever.
One CO Line is setup with a private extension, and when I call that line I expect to eventually end up in the assigned voicemail box, but that doesn't happen either.
The only time the voice mail works properly is when accessing it via the feature codes, or when the CP auto-attendent is transfering to an extension.
Is this normal behaviour? Do I need to setup a no answer transfer on each phone or something?
