Norstar C Pri and Feature 900 1

We have added PRI lines now our Feature 900 for account codes get fast busy. I was told that differences in the way a call is set up between a pri and a t-1 (pri uses out of band signalling and a t-1 uses in-band signalling), the time to make a call is shorter for the pri. And that is why we can not use account codes anymore. We also used to use the Sl1 format but now the smdr is Norstar format. Has anyone every heard the PRI's are to Fast to use the Feature 900 for account codes ?????

there was another with exactly the same problem ...search the forum ...

apparently in norstar with a PRI account codes do not work

GO TO DIAL PLAN UNDER DIAL TIMEOUT (THE DEFAULT IS 4) CHANGE IT TO 8, I BELIEVE THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE TIME NEEDED IF NOT EXTEND IT OUT A LITTLE FURTHER
