Hi can anyone help me out here, I'm using outlook 2000 connecting to Ms mail server, I always can send external email from outlook out of a sudden, when I try sending it out, i received an internal email from the server saying " No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient." Can anyone pls help me.

Are you using an entry out of your Personal Address Book or Contacts list for the recipient? If so, try to manually type the address yourself to make sure the entry isn't corrupted.
Internal mail still works? If so, try a different external address that you know exists and isn't having any problems.

This problem is affecting all the people using outlook sending out external email, not only my machine, I can receive external email and sending and receiving of internal email from out server. Just that I couldnt send out external email to any addresses.
