Hi can anyone help me out here, I'm using outlook 2000 connecting to Ms mail server, I always can send external email from outlook out of a sudden, when I try sending it out, i received an internal email from the server saying " No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient." Can anyone pls help me.

Is it with one particular address that when you send this message appears or is it any address? If you are picking the addressee from an address book try testing it out by just typing the actual e-mail in the TO field (i.e. john.smith@abc.com,...) and see if it goes through. joegz

joegz,

No its for all the external email I'm trying to send out, even have tried sending emails using address book address, it still coming back with a msg " No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient."

My apologies for the delayed response (work got suddenly very busy).

Please check the following article for some of the possibilites that can cause this error.

Cheers joegz
