Hi all,
Having an odd issue, with all phones that are connected on 1 specific module. All the phones can dial out, however, they cannot hear the touch tone when dialing. Also, the more inportant issue, after they are connected on a call, when they input via the dial pad, it appears the dial is not going through, i.e. "press 1 for something". They type 1 and nothing happens. Same goes for when they try to check voicemail and other such dial dependent tools.

Any one have any ideas what could be happening?

Thanks,
James

I go for that too!!!

I have also seen something similar relating to odd ISDN messaging from an LCR provider.

But all that being said

I agree - use the 3.2.999 loader

Take Care

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Hi all,
Just an update, it was stepped through the 3.2.999 loader.
The odd thing is this is something that just started to happen, worked fine before.

Thanks,

yep forgetting the 3.2.999 loader is strange
things initially work but then start to drop off
