Has anyone gotten this alarm in SSA even though you know there were free channels. No free channels were available Outgoing Group: 10

is that your regular outgoing line group?
If this is NOT your regular line group then you have a bad entry in your ARS, if this IS you regular line group then there probably were no free channels or the PRI down. Did you monitor at the time of the last occurrence or did you just assume that there were not enough people to tie up all channels then think of all the forwarded calls that might tie up a channel or better two.

It is the only outgoing grp. Their 35 B channels in the group and some channels on each PRI haven't been used since last reboot. Had CLEC check channels and they are there. They aren't the channels on the beginning or end, they are in the middle of each PRI.

are they still in service?

I have seen this a few times. I never really looked into it because i had no complaints of issues. I see it all the time on IP trunks.

Yes they are still in service. I have had 2 customers with this but no one has complained about not getting out. Just trying 2 be pro-active.

is there any chance that you could recreate it, and if you call avaya they will ask you first "is the system grounded?" but I don't see a problem with that one, LOL

Yeah, I have sent them traces in monitor and screen shots. Just haven't heard back from them.

I guess they would know it if anyone, how long ago was that happening, if it is longer then a week then you should get regular updates from them.
I have a few tickets running with Avaya and I hear at least every two days from them
