is that your regular outgoing line group?
If this is NOT your regular line group then you have a bad entry in your ARS, if this IS you regular line group then there probably were no free channels or the PRI down. Did you monitor at the time of the last occurrence or did you just assume that there were not enough people to tie up all channels then think of all the forwarded calls that might tie up a channel or better two.
It is the only outgoing grp. Their 35 B channels in the group and some channels on each PRI haven't been used since last reboot. Had CLEC check channels and they are there. They aren't the channels on the beginning or end, they are in the middle of each PRI.
is there any chance that you could recreate it, and if you call avaya they will ask you first "is the system grounded?" but I don't see a problem with that one, LOL
I guess they would know it if anyone, how long ago was that happening, if it is longer then a week then you should get regular updates from them.
I have a few tickets running with Avaya and I hear at least every two days from them
