Hi all,
My set up is two PC's linked to one monitor and keyboard via KVMS. Out of the blue 1 pc froze the monitor.(a shuttle)
So I swaped all the harware over (video card, ram dvd drive, harddrives) and it all worked in the other machine - other than running the shuttle's c drive.
My conclusion then was that the mobo had died (on the basis that CPU's are robust and rarely peg out!)
So I purchased a new barebones shuttle - a sk43g - and I am no further on co's the fault hasn't gone away!
I've run the mobo with just ram and power, and it's not 'posting'.
The cpu is an amd athelonxp and I'm just wondering if it's died?
Ideas please.
Thanks.
Chriscb
