nms card configure for IR 2.0

Hi,

Anyone can point me how to configure the voice card correctly?

I have a IR version 2.0 connect with PBX by an AG4040 card. I installed the nms driver for voice card and can view hardware under the unix command line.

IVR01(root)# nmsboards

I can assign card in E1 Loop Start mode.

Switch interface -> Digital interfaces -> Display assiagnments

Card Trunk Protocol

1 1 E1 Loop Start
1 2 Unknown

But I cannot view any cards in voice equipment:
Voice Equipment->Display equipment->

No card exists for the current display options.


And, cannot view any channel.
Voice services -> Channel services

No available channels to display.



I checked the license, there are 30 ports digital and voice over IP available and some error messages.

1. Is license status good?
2. How to setup nms card?
3. How can I view 30 channels under voice equipment link?
4. How to assign extension number to each ports?

ergouxzh,

firstly check license mode, it should be normal. there's a trick: go to shell, issue logCat in running mode and then stop/start voice system. look for any unusual messages such as "restricted mode" or something like that.
