What is the most cost effective way to connect 2 MICS's
or 1 MICS & 1 BCM together with 1 Central Voicemail. The
2 locations are about 90 km apart.
Should each location have their own local lines to eliminate
long distance charges.
Has anybody ever used Norstar VOIP Gateways to accomplish
this?

If you have an existing network, than VoIP Gateways rock. Otherwise P-P PRI.

I don't think you can do Centralized VM with the Gateway though. I thought you had to have a PRI with MCDN. Maybe someone could shed some light.
