negative data on CMS R3V8 / Definity G3V5

Here the problem:

Avg VDN VDN Active
Calls Oldest Calls Aban Busy/ Flow Flow VDN
VDNs Wait Call Aban Time Disc In Out Calls
5905 -78 :16 14 :45 0 0 0 174

Someone can tell me why call wait appear with minus sign ?

The call from GNR go into VDN 5905 (vector 410) then in a IVR system (HU 427 with post-digit 5905)

Is this a custom report? If so have someone go into screen painter and double the the calls waiting field to ensure the syntax is correct. Check another real time VDN report to see if it is showing the same. You also may want to reboot the server. Usually when I call avaya over CMS problems the first thing they want is for me to reboot the server. Good Luck

If this report it´s a standard report, maybe you have a corruption in the table dvdn, made a reboot in the Sun Server like "roche", if don´t fix the problem maybe you must re-create the table dvdn.
