It takes too long for the AA to repeat the help commands in voicemail. Can that value be changed? to say 15 seconds?

Need to change the timeout of the Voicemail AA

Under the main menu open up the menue and goto the touch tone screen at the bottom check timeout on and select the amount of time you would like it to wait after the message is played, 12 sec works well, then connect a line from the time out back to the beginning of the main menu save and make live.

Where would this menue be? Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my original post. We have VMPro and users are complaining that it takes to long for the help to repeat between keypresses, I can't figure out where this would be... This is not a flow that already exists in VMPRO.. at least one that I can edit.
