I got pc pro from some web site.but not able to connect to nec sv 8300. I need sv 9100 pc pro software .
I want to know that I am not able to connect as i have no ip or password .i want restore default setting to sv 8300.how is it possible.

Do you have a CP-10 or CP-20? They are different.
