Hello,
First of all my daughter loaded new software for Epson 1280 Printer and Power Driver IQ Sawgrass Techinologies, without having the printer connected. That is when this problem occured. I have Windows XP and I just purchased the PC Bug Doctor Sunday tonight and I ran the scan, but it still did NOT fix the error. What happens is: When you turn the computer on and click on the owner name it will not boot up it goes to a blue screen error. The message of the error is: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and then below that it will say STOP: 0x00000000A and then some more hex numbers. I have to start the computer in safe mode then go into System Configuration Utility then go to Services and uncheck the Print Spooler box then restart the computer and it will boot up, but you can't use the printer and etc. It will not boot up in Normal Startup & when the Print Spooler box is checked. Please contact me as soon as possible
*The following message below is the horrible BLUE SCREEN that I keep getting, I have copied it word for word so you might be able to help me. Please read below.

I have rebooted in safe mode and it won't let me go back to the last good configuration setting. I do not want to do anything that would wipe out my hard drive.
My problems is: I used F8 key and was in safe mode, when I try to go back to choose last known good configuration and boot into windows it will only let me go back 1 Day. That is not a good configuration, the other days are blocked and will not let click on them.
I don't have a Windows CD that came with our HP Pavilion F50 with Windows XP, they said that it was all stored on the hard drive. I downloaded Windows Resource Kit Tools and clicked on cleanspl.exe to clean the spooler, but it will pop up a box and say the RPC server is unavailable. It will not boot up in Normal Startup, It will boot up on Selective Startup & then go to the Services tab and go to Print Spooler and uncheck the box.
