Need Micros 3700 Server Upgrade Assistance 1

We have a Micros 3700 NT4.0 server with seven flat terminals in our restaurant. We would like to upgrade the server to Windows XP Pro and the latest 3700 software. We are now serviced by Micros Chicago but cannot get their attention. And before that, the Milwaukee Micros dealers Cash Register Services proved incompetent.

I'd like a quote on taking a backup of our data, building a new server for our restaurant remotely and then swapping it in.

FYI. 3700 will not run on XP Pro. You need to go to 2000 or 2000 server.
