Need Avaya IP office Admin 7.0

Hello i need the admin software 7 , maybe one can help me , i got a old ip offic 500v2 with licens for 7 but installet 8 software ^^ , i got no member id for login on avaya site , i need the ip office just for inhouse calling , the are IP Licens on the Card , but it is only basic edition , so will it work ? with ip phones `maybe someone can help me

I'm afraid no IP phones on basic edition!

BT can let you have R11 Admin Lite which should work for older systems but I'm not sure if this is only for BT supplied systems.

I write the ipofficeinfo.com , he got trouple with his website , and didn´t know if it goes back online,

normaly i think i need only the ip500v2.bin v7 version ?

And i don´t unterstand why i got differnt license for ip but got only basic version ?

I got the ipoffice sec. hand , maybe there are some more license but are deletet is there a way to check wich lizens are to the sd card ?

1317174397 is now boooting up with V8 so the license are not working , if i boot with v6 Version all licens are active but it is only basic version ??

I've got the Administration software install file for R7.0 (36) downloaded but the file is large (Over 1GB). Copy all of your licence codes into a text file to back them up. Do not attempt any of the below without backing up your licences! Install this new Manager and reset the device to 'default'. When prompted what config you want to set up, use IP Office Standard then input all of your licence codes again. I purchased my first unit second hand and from memory this is what I had to do.

Sorry also, I missed a step. Once you've installed the new manager and taken a backup of all of your licence codes, backup your configuration too. To downgrade first format the SD Card but only do this in R7 MANAGER, not Windows because the SD card is watermarked to Avaya.

Steps to format the SD card in Manager (Again DO NOT use Windows to format the card):
Insert the SD card thats in your Avaya IP Office into your computer
File menu > Advanced > Format IP Office SD Card > and select the appropriate Law for your region (A-Law or U-Law).
The card will quickly format.

Steps to recreate the SD Card in Manager:
File menu > Advanced > Recreate IP Office SD Card > and select the appropriate Law for your region (A-Law or U-Law)
This will take some time to complete unless you have the experience to edit files to remove languages you don't need.

Once the SD card is recreated, reboot the IPO if it hasn't already, upload your config or start a new one depending on what you want to do, then reinstall all of your licence codes one by one. After this, reboot the IPO again and you should be good to go.

thanks for you help , i think some license are lost becouse it was resettet before saving all license, i got only the 10 lizens i post before , becouse there was 2 zip files on the card where they was saved

Ok thank you for you help,

one more think i can´t rebuild the sd card becouse the menu are gray , i can format thats works but the menu for rebuild are not available , maybe other card reader ?
ok found the problem the config path was not right
