NEC SV8100 Calling problem

Hello, i'm new with NEC and I have a problem that I cant solve. When the extension 665 calls to 661, it answers the extension 635. but when extension 661 calls 665 there are no problems. Also, when extension 665 calls 631, the entire busy tone sounds.

Please, help me :(

does the phone, 661, have a virtual extension key for 635 or is 635 actually ringing instead of 661? Is there a direct line for 661, and if so, does 661 answer on extension 635?

does any other extension get a busy signal when calling 631? What does the display say? Is there a direct line for 631, and if so, does it also ring busy from the outside?
