Name Display on Inbound Caller ID 3

On inbound calls phones are displaying the phone number of the caller, but not the name. Is there a setting on the IP Office that enables displaying the name from Caller ID instead of the number? If not, is the name not being displayed because the carrier isn't sending it?

We are using PRIs for inbound trunks. Before contacting the carrier I want to make sure it isn't a problem on my side.

most likely they are only sending the telephone number and no name but I would place a call to your line provider to be sure

 
The carrier is likely not sending it -- ensure that the PRI is configured for NI2.

 
The PRIs are configured for NI2. I reached out to the carrier to address this. Thanks for the replies.
 
The issue was that the carrier wasn't sending the name with the Caller ID. Once they started sending it we started seeing it on the phones for inbound calls.
