On inbound calls phones are displaying the phone number of the caller, but not the name. Is there a setting on the IP Office that enables displaying the name from Caller ID instead of the number? If not, is the name not being displayed because the carrier isn't sending it?
We are using PRIs for inbound trunks. Before contacting the carrier I want to make sure it isn't a problem on my side.
