Does anyone know where i might find out the length of hold time for this ksu? is there a programming code to adjust how long you can put some on hold???
Sometimes if you put them on hold, if there is no call on there the CO can open the line and your hold will drop off. Your best bet would be to put an ordinary phone on that line and just leave it off the hook, dont hang it up.
I have a Nortel system set up at my home office and when I get telemarketers, I give them a dose of their own annoyance....I put them on hold and periodically pick up an do the "We're sorry, all associates are busy right now, please continue to hold and an operator will be with you in 98 minutes."
