Hello all,

I may be just making this up, but I heard once, eons ago, that it's (maybe) possible to do this

For example, in the "View" menu in Excel(2003), there's something you can do to select multiple things within that menu without the menu disappearing everytime you click. So you'd be able to select/de-select "Formula Bar" & "Menu Bar".

Does anyone know if this is possible, maybe even an earlier version of Office.

I know it's not the usual hold CTRL and/or Shift, so maybe it's something else.

Thoughts?

Thanks
Richard

That was just an example Ken, I meant generally. Thanks for quick reply though.

Another one would be in Outlook in the "Go" menu: is there a way of selecting "Mail", "Contacts" etc without the drop down box disappearing between clicks/selections.
