Here is my problem.
I want to setup a Help Desk mailbox but I want to have more than one user accessing this mailbox. I know I can setup a distribution list but that will just send any emails to all the users. I want to have only one email box so everyone can tell if an email has been answered or not.
Under Exchange 5.5, I could setup a group that could access the mailbox. The individuals in the group just had to click on File - Open - Other User's folder to access the mailbox.
Can I do the same with Exchange 2003? If so, how? I have looked in Microsoft but with their search engine, I will still be looking when they come out with Exchange 2008.
Thanks
