MTS-unable to register mmcndmgr.dll

while installing MTS I get the error message, unable to register mmcndmgr.dll, unknown reason:
Error code:0X800401f0

anyone have any idea why this is? Running NT Workstation with SP6, 256mb ram.

I realize this response is really late, but I just encountered the same problem myself. I'm running Windows NT with Service Pack 5, and Microsoft Management Console version 1.0. After downloading and installing MMC version 1.2, I was able to register the mmcndmgr.dll just fine. I hope this works for you.
