Finding MTS

Can anyone poiunt me to a location where i can download the MTS Software. I have installed PWS on my W98se PC, but it had problems installing the MTS. I've had thisp problem before ages ago and I remember fixing it by downloading and installing the MTS component separately.

Problem is, I can no longer find the download, or the page I got it from
