MS09.dll-- Excel 2000 and Excel xp probs

I posted this a while back but still cannot find a resolution.
Every time this employee tries and open this one document it gives her this error. Everyone else on the network can open it fine. I've tried reinstalling offfice 2000 and office xp. I've tried what micrsoft recommend deleteing the file ms09.dll then repairing office...same thing. I have reloaded this pc about 3x with 98, it worked for a while but the error popped back up. Reloaded it with w2k and installed office xp, week later, same result. Ive tried deleteing *.xlb files...still same results. I've also tried to bring it up with the /s switch same result.

Its just this one file all other excel docs work fine. The links in the doc are good. Everyone else enters and deletes information fine. Just this one employee is haveing probs with it.Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

You don't list the exact error message, so it's hard to tell you how to fix it. There were a lot of hits at the Microsoft KB under Mso9.dll.
