MPNR in L2 ISDN2 BRI

I have lost the use of a BRI card due to MPNR showing in L2.
Dissabling / pulling the card does not clear the problem.
How can this be cleared please?

Have you disabled and re-enabled your MISP that controls your SILC Card/s, that'll be in your Network Shelf/Cab slot or Loop

.ENLL (Return)
Will carry out a selftest etc
