Moving voip sets from one location to another - how to register set

Hello new to voip system, miss my pbx.

I have two locations - A and B. moving phones within each location is easy, now I have a phone from location B going to location A. phone is now showing not registered. What are the steps to register the phone set in the new location.

phone is a 6941

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is your phone set for static IP or DHCP?

Do you have cisco switches with the voice vlan configured on the port? Otherwise you might need to manually configure the vlan on the phone.
