Moving DIDs to PRI

I have a PRI circuit that is up and tested. I'm trying to move DID service to that PRI, and when calls are placed, they hit the Option 11C, and the DCH messages reflect the following. Any ideas what to check? I have already tried toggling the SERV messages on and off with no improvement.

ldn0 has to tell the switch how many numbers you'll be getting on the pri... that is not used for analog did's.. it has to be a number the right length.. mine is 1001, because i want the switch to look for 4 digits and that number was vacant
