I have a NAM .. 0X32 .. I followed the instructions from faq799-3778 but the name ALWAYS calls the other extension to say they have messages, while all I want is the display msg .. ??

Phone just rings and rings and rings to let them know they've got a message. It's in a lab, and not wanted. They just wanted the message for you.

Any help?

I think you want to turn off the msg notifacation and turn on Alternate Station if your NAM has it.

You can't put the same ALT Station for multiple mailboxes. I tried.

Then it can't be done. You say they want two mailboxes the leave 'MSG FOR YOU' on the display. How would they know which one left the msg? Try assigning the GD mailbox to the phone and have the extensions mailbox (assigned to a fake ext number)msg notify them.
