Monitor and Analog Caller ID

Hi all,

Can monitor show the exact Caller ID string that is coming out of an analog extension? Or would an analog handset with a display do a better job?

Trying to connect a 3rd party VM but it isn't seeing the DTMF digits coming along the line no matter what settings I put in the Extension tab.

Yes but monitor shows a lot of urelated stuff and is not that easy to follow, Call status or on later software system status show this info more clearly!!
