Wow, this is certainly a new system. I recently installed a new CM G3si Rel.12 and a MM voicemail system. While I am learning the MM system step by step, this one setting eludes me. My end-users keep getting a prompt that says, "You have exceeded the maximum connect time, Good Bye" while listening to their messages in voicemail.
I cannot find where to set the "maximum connect time" either by mailbox subscriber or COS. Any ideas from the forum? Thanks, Ron

That should be in the system feature parameters

Check out this page and look on page 1 under either Iput time limits or Disconnect Timer.

Hey Sirrono, do you have any other experiences when using modular messaging for the very first time? I'd like to know your problems on it and the fixes? Could you let me know? most grattitude for your reply. Ciao. ;]
 
DEWY, when thinking of most most frustrating problems with MM, two words come to mind: Caller Aplications. I still don't get it. I have tried to follow the instructions but the problem is I can't even envision the process. Using this system is like going back in time. I have to believe it is designed without telephone guys present.
