Wow, this is certainly a new system. I recently installed a new CM G3si Rel.12 and a MM voicemail system. While I am learning the MM system step by step, this one setting eludes me. My end-users keep getting a prompt that says, "You have exceeded the maximum connect time, Good Bye" while listening to their messages in voicemail.
I cannot find where to set the "maximum connect time" either by mailbox subscriber or COS. Any ideas from the forum? Thanks, Ron
