I just replaced a PRI card in a Mitel SX2000 and now I'm getting a "Network Gateway" alarm. As defined by Mitel, "The Network Gateway Security Access Module associated with a legacy ISDN Gateway has been tampered with or has failed." I have never run up against this alarm before. Although I'm showing the PRI circuits as "Idle" and can see calls processing, I am getting reports of calls failing intermittently. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I issue the maintenance command "show faults network gateway", I receive the following:

ISDN OPTIONS will be removed shortly at :
8 1 3
8 1 3

8-1-3 is our Universal T1 card. We have two PRI's connected.

If running LIGHTWARE 31 Release 1.0 or higher, has the PRI card been upgraded to use ISDN 7.0 ?

You don't specify what level of SX2000 software you have. Did you restore the IMAT database when you replaced the card? Would suggest you check that programming first.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.

Operating with SX-2000 Call Control 34.1.0.6

Unfortunately I was unable to restore the IMAT database from the bad PRI card so we had to start from scratch.

Here's the current config ...
