Hi,
A client brought to our attention that whenever they are printing to a legal sized paper, there is a missing line that would not print out. We could see it in the document but when you do a preview, that last line (sentence) does not show up. It's really weird.
Is there a setting that they might have reset? We've checked the page setup, printer setup, margins, etc but nothing worked.
Thanks for your help!

It could be that their printer doesn't support legal sized paper or that the printer settings are overriding the Word settings. Just a thought. Check the printer settings in the control panel.

Sometimes the header/footer margin settings interfere with the page margins. If poss., have them drag the footer margin down & check results in the print preview

Moira,

they have used the same printer for the same job before. The issue started to happen just a few days ago...
