MICS PRI answering with stuttered dial tone 1

I'm trying to upgrade a MICS 5.0xc with PRI to 7.0xc.

Before the upgrade, the DID's ring correctly to target lines and the auto DN gives system dial tone, which allows each local to be dialed. (each local has a target line)

After using the upgrade kit all the DID's answer with stuttered dial tone (DISA), if I enter a COS password I get system dial tone and can dial the extensions.

Any ideas?
 
I had the same thing happen and I spent a long time trying to figure out what was going on. There are 2 ways to fix this.
1. Disable the PRI card and program it as a different type of card and then reenable it. Then go back in and reprogram it as a PRI card.

2. Disable the PRI card and move it to the next slot if available and reprogram it there. Keep in mind that the line numbers will change.
