Hello everyone, i have a question for a client. On a Citrix server, one with a PNagent and the other with a thinclient, there are two people with the same problem with MS Word. On their menu bar, there should be the option table, but it isn't there. We right clicked the menu bar and went to customize, and from there, we reset the menu bar and the Tables option was there in the menu bar as it should be. However, when the users log off, the Tables option goes away from the menu bar. The reset idea was just a temporary fix and we were wondering how to make it so the table option is always there when they log on and off. Also, if i could, i would like to know why this is happening and how to fix it for good. Any help would be appreciated.
