Micros Ops Error on Server

installing new server. All is good. installed win32 client.

When I start Res on server start to load then: opsdbs.cpp (9792) unexpected data error. call failed.
OK Cannot load DB from server.

I have seen this before but brain dead. Help appreciated. Thanks
