Micros 3700 WS4 custom icons

I'm a newbie to the Micros 3700 systems, but I have been able to figure out a lot really fast, however I am stumped on something that is bugging me..

How can I get the CustomIcons.dll file loaded on the clients. All icons show up properly when testing on the Windows XP machine(I did not do any of the set up- only inherited the system), but they do not load on the WS4 clients. I believe I have located the file that the Win32 machine is using in both the Designer and the OPS.

The closest thing that I have found is this thread talking about different libraries.

You probably have to load the icon file onto the WS4 but putting it in the correct CAL folder.
