Does the 3700 have a traditional Z and X Function? If so where is it and how do I execute them?

Thank you in advance..

No, it doesn't. The 3700 records everything with timestamps. Your end of night autosequence will have a step that's set up as a stored procedure called increment business date. That's the 3700's version of a Z. If by X you mean breaking totals between meal periods, that's the 3700 time periods.

X and Z are cash register terms referring to reports that either just "read/print" totals (X) vs. a Z which takes the same report but resets the totals. So X reads, Z resets.
