MGC switch-over questions

If I have a MG1000E (without Callserver) and it looses contact with the main callserver at another site it reboots after a while.
Is that time-out possible to change?
I would like the MGC Card to stay up as long as possible without rebooting. We have Lan/wan issues wich is difficult to cure.
Anyone has other ideas what can be done with the configuration to overcome this?
I now we have to fix the lan issues, but it is a large network with lots of stuff to change and it takes time.

It is pretty much immediate that the MGW goes down when it loses the elan. Immediately tries to switch to the other dual homed connection. Nothing there it will try the alternate call server 1.
