Have any of you had this happen?
A Call centre gets about 900 calls a day IPO500 VMPRO, when they are busy calls go to group mailboxs and they pick them up and call back.Every now and then they get a message that shows the previos callers id on the 5410. I tried upgradeing from 8.0.43 to 8.0.66 and also the vmpro about a month ago, but they have noticed it happening again.
