Which feature can I use to drop a call without hanging up the receiver every time ?

You can try Headset Hang-Up, but without a Headset Status button as well, it will disable the handset (44XX set)by putting it automatically in Headset mode.

If you assign an unused line to that extension you could use that button as a hang up. The light on the button will stay on until it times out.

You could put a "recall" button on the phone. This will drop the current call and grab new dial-tone on the same line.
