OK, I seem to be having difficulties, with appling call restrictions to extensions on my Merlin. It is all numbers, if I set the call restriction to an extn to Toll Restriction, or Outward Restriction, the users can still call out LD or if on Outward Restriction they can make outbound calls. What would be causing this. I was told that that is the first thing looked at by the phone switch before the call is made. Keep in mind I am a N00B on a Merlin.

Well changing the FRL works for me. I will just notify the hotel staff that they will need to change the restrictions a different way.
tdaugidas-- FYI I tried the RestrictCopy to a single extn and it just copies the Restriction Level not the ARS Restriction level.
