I have merlin legent with 10 mlx 10 buttons sets and 1 28 button set.All sets after 3 ring are transfer to the vm (all are in cov.group 30-770),please let mi know how i can change that after 3 rings call will go to the operator 727 and to the vm.

Add coverage buttons with delayed ring on the operator's extension for the phones you want covered. Calls will ring at the original extension first, then after a delay start ringing on the coverage button, then finally cover to voice mail.

Oper.have only mlx 28 and i can't put 3 app.of all ext on her telephone she,if there is any other way.
