Theres these two links and they have the Feature Tab that shows all the features that the Merlin is capable of.

cjoy1: There are numerous manual available for programming - but - unless you have an idea of programming basics and what's required (programming-wise) for your particular configuration - it could take you weeks/months to figure everything out. Some of the manuals run in excess of 1200 pages each - and none of them walk you through a typical setup process. They are all available in PDF format at Avaya.com under Support
