Hello,
I am new to Cisco CallManager so please bear with me. I have set up a 4.2(3) CallManager in a lab environment and would like to connect it to a gateway. The gateway I have is a MC3810 with 1 FXO and 1 FXS card. I need to know how to add the gateway to the CallManager so I can interact with the FXO port on an IP phone. When I go to Devices and attempt to add a gateway the 3810 is not listed (probably because it is at end of life and has been for quite some time). Is there another selection I can make that would allow me to add a 3810 to my 4.2(3) CallManager?
If not what gateway would be required to interface with a standard POTS line and allow me to place/receive calls on an IP phone?
I hope there is a way to make the 3810 work.
Thanks in advance for any input.
